| You may enter your event as one
representation of your company or list individual events that your company
sponsors. For instance, if you offer cooking classes you may choose
to create one event to list your company as a business and/or you may
choose to list each class that your company offers. Keep in mind that
creating separate listings for each or your classes or event dates creates
a separate page for each of those listings. Creating a new listing for
each event is recommended as it creates a new page on our site for each
listing thus creating more exposure for your site.
Event Administration Features:
| Add an Event: |
To add a new event with all
new information click
here. |
| Copy an Event:
|
This option is for creating a new event
using the base information of an existing event. This will save
you time in not having to re-type all of your information. To copy
an event click on the copy icon
next to the event you wish to copy. This will not delete the original
event. Just find an existing event that has similar information
to one you wish to add! |
| Edit an Event: |
To edit an existing event click on the
name of the event below or the edit icon next to the event. |
| Delete an Event:
|
To edit an existing event, click on the
recycle icon
next to the event you wish to delete. Once the event has been deleted
it cannot be recovered. Expired events show up on our calendar for
6 month after the event is over. There is no reason to feel like
you have to delete an event. We recommend that you simply let the
event expire and keep in as an expired event. If you wish to post
a new event in the future you can use this expired event as a template
for your new event. |
